Terms of service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These terms apply when you use the Leaderstamp ignite service and the client portal. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the service is
ignite is a monthly SEO and authority service. In a normal month it includes:
- Around 15 articles written for your website
- Around 3 backlinks placed on other websites
- Quora answers on questions relevant to your business
- Technical fixes to your website where we have access to make them
- A monthly report showing what was done and what changed
Quantities are targets for a normal month, not a fixed contractual minimum. Some months will run over, some under, depending on what the work actually needs. Everything produced appears in your portal as it happens, so you can always see where a month stands.
Your free month
New accounts get 30 days free. No card is required and there is nothing to cancel. If you do nothing at the end of it, you simply receive an invoice, which you are free to ignore if you no longer want the service. Tell us and we will stop the work and the invoices.
Payment
- The price is [50] USD per month unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Invoices are issued monthly and are payable by PayPal.
- Payment is due within [7] days of the invoice date.
- We do not store your card details and never see them.
- Prices may change with 30 days notice by email. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
If an invoice is not paid
Your portal stays open and you keep access to everything we have produced. We will send reminders. If an invoice remains unpaid we may pause new work until it is settled. We will tell you before we do.
Cancelling
There is no contract term and no notice period. Tell us through the portal or by email and we will stop the work and stop invoicing.
Work already delivered is yours to keep. Your portal remains accessible for [30] days after cancellation so you can save anything you need. We do not refund part months, but we also will not invoice you for a month we have not started.
What you need to provide
For the service to work we need some things from you:
- Accurate information about your business and what you want to rank for
- Either publishing access to your website, or a commitment to publish the drafts we send
- Reasonably prompt answers when we ask something that blocks work
- Google Search Console access, if you want traffic reporting
If publishing access is not provided and drafts are not published, articles will not rank, because unpublished articles cannot rank. We will keep producing and delivering them, but we cannot be responsible for results in that situation.
Who owns what
Articles, images and other content we produce for you become yours once the invoice covering that period is paid. You can edit, republish or reuse them however you like.
Until that invoice is paid, we retain ownership of unpaid work. In practice this never comes up, but it is worth being clear.
You keep ownership of everything you give us. You confirm you have the right to give it to us, and that our using it will not infringe anyone else's rights.
We keep ownership of the portal itself, our processes, and our automation.
Results
Nobody can guarantee search rankings, and anyone who does is lying to you. Google changes its systems constantly, your competitors are working too, and results depend heavily on your industry, your website, and how long you keep at it.
We commit to the work described above, done properly. We do not commit to a specific position, a specific amount of traffic, or a specific number of leads or sales. Nothing on our website, in our emails, or in conversation should be read as promising a particular outcome.
SEO is slow. Meaningful change normally takes three to six months, and sometimes longer on a new or damaged website. If you need results faster than that, this is not the right service and we would rather tell you now.
Using the service properly
You agree not to use Leaderstamp for anything illegal, and not to ask us to produce content that is defamatory, deliberately misleading, infringing, or promoting anything illegal.
We may decline work that we think would damage your website or ours, or that we consider unethical. If we decline, we will say why.
You agree not to attempt to break into, disrupt or overload the portal, or to access another client's account.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of failures at our hosting provider that are outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
Either side can end this agreement at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where invoices remain unpaid after reminders. We will normally warn you first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Law and disputes
If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
Before any of that, please just email us. Almost everything is easier to sort out directly.
